As you probably know if you have been following us for a while, we published a book that catalogues all the Oscar-nominated and Oscar-winning movies that are related to Greek mythology and Greece in general. The book, Greece at the Oscars, is available on Amazon in various formats, and covers over 270 movies.

Earlier this year, we updated Greece at the Oscars to include all the movies awarded at the 2026 Oscars. If you already have an older version of our book on Amazon Kindle, you just need to open a support ticket with Amazon Kindle and ask them to update your version of Greece at the Oscars to the newest version.

All these years, there was always one big story missing from our book. It was missing the most important Greek story of all time: The Odyssey. Finally this year we have the missing piece of the puzzle. If Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey gets at least 1 Oscar nomination, which it most likely will, then we can add the movie that will complete Greece at the Oscars.

To celebrate the huge success of Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of Homer’s Odyssey, which just recently surpassed the $1.1 billion mark, we are making our book, Greece at the Oscars, available as a free Amazon Kindle download until August 15.
