New Champions Hockey League season & Sparta Prague!

The new Champions Hockey League just started! Bringing together all the best hockey teams in Europe, the Champions Hockey League is always packed with action. Sparta Prague, one of the most successful teams in Czechia (Czech Republic), is also one of the most successful teams in CHL, having participated 5 times in CHL and even reaching the final once.

So far the CHL has been won mostly by Swedish teams, with Finland winning once also, but hopefully this year that will change! This year a newcomer, Olimpija Ljubljana, from Slovenia, has reached the group stage, and we wanted to present them to you next to Sparta Prague as they are both teams with Greek roots. Sparta Prague is obvious, and Olimpija Ljubljana is named after the Olympic spirit.

So keep an eye out for these 2 teams in this years Champions Hockey League!
