May 16: National Biographers Day & the Plutarch Awards
Every year the Biographers International Organization award the Plutarch Award to the best biography of the year. Named after the Father of Biography, the Plutarch Award is a nice tribute to Biographies, a genre that might not be at the top of everyone’s list when it comes to books. In our shop section we feature a special category about Plutarch Award winning biographies, so take a look.
This year’s Plutarch Award winner is The Mystery of Charles Dickens by A.N. Wilson. Below you can find this book as well as the last 3 winners of the Plutarch Award.
