The Archimedes crew helped in the invention of a lot of architecture and designs that are still used today. It helps us all achieve the level of buildings that are made today.

The inventions of Archimedes would be amazing even by modern standards, but considering the time period he lived in, with no computers and machines, they are truly incredible. The museum has an entry for the Archimedes Screw also here : http://kotsanas.com
